Heather Miller is the one-woman artist behind TexelGirl Art & Design. She was born in the early 70's in Cleveland, Ohio. From 2001-2003 she attended The Ohio State University where she studied religion and psychology until she moved to Cincinnati with her husband. In 2006 she moved with her husband to Virginia.
She graduated with a BFA in Digital Art from George Mason University in 2011. She loves creating three-dimensional objects in both the virtual and real worlds. In the real world, her art often begins with a single material that has caught her eye. Her art is about the process and the challenge each material provides. Her willingness to experiment, and a propensity to see everything as a potential medium, brings an unending variation to her work. She resides in Fairfax, VA and exhibits her works throughout the region
She showcases her 3D models at www.retailsims.com. The models were converted for use in The Sims 2 video game but are available in a wide variety of formats.
